SOAR exists to empower the church of Loughborough and North Leicestershire to be on mission, and to raise up our children and young people to go and make disciples in their schools. We want to see youth workers, church leaders, teachers, parents and carers all equipped to be salt and light in their context.
We are a tool for the church, aiming to encourage and equip Christians to live out the gospel in their context. If you share this passion for young people and families, do get in touch to get connected with Chris and Keith!

Are you a local Youth Worker or someone who works with young people in your church? We host regular meetups for Youth Workers to come together and encourage one another, as well as facilitating monthly Town-Wide Youth events for young people across Loughborough. As Christians, we want to be out in our local neighbourhoods and community centres as people bringing God’s presence wherever we are. Keith runs Loughborough Town Centre Chaplaincy as well as connecting with other organisations across North Leicestershire. Anyone is welcome to get involved, if you have a heart for mission to unreached neighbourhoods then get in touch with keith@soarproject.org.uk.

Whether you’re a teacher, classroom assistant, or in any way involved in education, then do consider joining us for our regular Education Breakfasts. They are a great opportunity to have space and time to connect with other Christians, share the joys and challenges of working in education, pray together, and enjoy a free breakfast!
