Schools

Schools work is at the heart of what we do! Schools are often at the centre of their neighbourhoods, villages and local communities, and are a place where almost everyone will spend time at some point in their life.

We have been working in schools since 1996, serving children and their communities through assemblies, summer clubs, prayer spaces and RE lessons. If you are in the Leicestershire area, don’t hesitate to get in touch to chat about how we could work together.

What we offer

  • Keith has been delivering assemblies in local schools since 1996, and today the team have experience in all sorts of talks and addresses to school children from primary up to secondary school. Our assemblies focus on Bible stories and the Christian faith, that can be catered to your context.

  • As Christians, we love to be able to offer RE lessons on a wide range of themes to give children an experience of our faith in action. Do get in touch if we could serve you in this way!

  • We have the resources and experience to host after school activities as well as longer clubs during the Summer and Easter breaks. These are creative explorations of faith with lots of fun activities, games and conversations.

  • If you have a CU meeting in your school, we would love to bring encouragement and input to the young leaders and help contribute to their sessions. If we can serve in this way do get in touch!

  • In the past we have created prayer spaces for year 6 children, led through interactive Easter sessions, created resources for online learning, and much more! If you have an idea or want to start the conversation, then get in touch office@soarproject.org.uk.
